The best results come from joining at the start of the journey, working alongside your architect and build team rather than arriving once the walls are up.

Come to us late and the choices are already narrowed. Where the light falls, where the sockets sit, how one room opens into the next, all of it has been decided by then, and the design work becomes a matter of dressing decisions rather than shaping them. Early involvement is what allows the story to sit in the architecture rather than on top of it.

At this scale the research goes deeper, because there is more to work with. Cultural references can be built in rather than added at the end, through materials, joinery, tilework and the way light moves through a space. The aim is a house that feels as though it was always this way.
